We had wasp and mice problem at our house. Vijay came to our house and did a full exterior and interior inspection. He found out that we had mice entering the house and a huge wasp hive above the bedroom window. He did an excellent job removing the wasp hive and placed mice traps all around the exterior perimeter of the house, several locations inside the house and inside the attic. Several months back, we started noticing some mouse dropping in several spots in our kitchen. After a search on internet, we picked Pestend based on the excellent reviews they had. Their technician came and did a thorough inspection of the house and it's exterior, including the crawl space of the attic. He was very knowledgeable and explained the possible causes and routes of the mouse infestation in detail and offered good recommendations. He placed poison bates in several locations and offered a second, free visit if we still had any ongoing issue after 2 months. Aside from one instance of noticing a dropping a couple of weeks after his visit, there is no evidence of any mouse activity anymore. We are very satisfied with the service.

We just had our home treated for carpenter ants. Vijay pointed out the location of a nest and quickly treated our home to get rid of the ants. We were very pleased with the service provided by Vijay.

Disciplined and Thorough. Quality service. No more roaches. The technician guided us on the entire process and provided necessary assurance. All my worries are gone. I’d happy to choose them again if the need arises. We saw cockroaches here and there after first visit. But they all died or gone after 2nd visit.

I found roaches in my kitchen. Kashi from Pestend did 2 treatments, 2 weeks apart. Very efficient, clean, friendly. Kashi explained every step & what the expectations are from the treatments. Well done.

Kashif the technician was very cooperative and responsive guy how did his best to figure out the problem . After multiple visits , eventually he found the susceptible hall that mice used to come in side the house through it and he closed it. Hope this will solve the problem for ever .

The person who came blocked a hole outside I never noticed and the products really seem to have worked. Inside and out. He put little blocks inside in m any places. Outside bait traps that they go in and eat and leave so no bodies to deal with. This was in August or sept and we haven't had any problems since. Rats destroyed my shower drain and dishwasher drain. ate through the plastic also mechanic found a nest in my car engine and they chewed some wires. I'm so relieved they are gone. Would highly recommend. He was very knowledgable too.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME BOOKING WITH THEM! I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Pestend. I scheduled an appointment with them to remove a hornet’s nest at a rental property. They confirmed over the phone and via email that the technician would arrive between 10am and 12pm on a Tuesday. I notified the tenants, who adjusted their schedules to ensure someone was home during this window. Confident in the appointment, I canceled inquiries with other companies. In the days leading up to the appointment, I exchanged several emails with Pestend to confirm the details and discuss payment options. Even on the morning of the appointment, I emailed them hours in advance to confirm our chosen payment method. I also kept the tenants informed of the plan and asked them to notify me when the technician arrived. However, 12pm came and went with no sign of the technician, no email, and no phone call from Pestend. The tenants were still waiting, and I spent an hour trying to reach Pestend by phone and email. Eventually, I reached someone, and after being transferred, I was simply told that their technician was away on a personal emergency and would not be back for a few weeks. They suggested I contact another company. When I asked why I hadn't been informed earlier, the response was, "Well, that's why we said sorry." I was flabbergasted. There were no attempts to rectify the situation, and there was a complete lack of remorse or respect for my time and energy. To add insult to injury, after that phone call, they sent me an email reiterating that their technician was unavailable and that I should find another company. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer service is unacceptable. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your pest control needs.

I spent good money this Summer --- the bed bugs are back --- the bed bug covers were the wrong size --- I have a new company now coming to help me.

Their warranty is useless . If you have to use their service avoid purchasing the warranty.
