I called Pestend at 9AM to inquire about their services and pricing, after seeing a mouse running down to the basement! A very professional and friendly woman answered all my questions, and booked an appointment for 11AM. Promptly at 11, Mr. Kashif arrived, and explained everything he needed to do. Again, all my questions were answered, in a very courteous and professional manner. He did a very thorough examination inside and outside, and completed some required repairs. After completing all the necessary work, he explained the bill in full, and the warranty details. I am impressed with this company's excellent service and attitude, and would highly recommend them.

Seeing a mice in my cold room left me traumatized. Seeing mice is never a good experience. Before calling Pestend I read the reviews. From the reviews I was hoping to get Moe as my exterminator. Moe was who I got. The reviews are very accurate. Moe is very knowledgeable and very personable. He was able to locate where the mice were coming in from. He made me feel very much at ease and less traumatized. Moe is a wonderful representation of the company. I don’t look forward to seeing Moe again because that means that I still have mice. But if I do have to call Pestend I definitely want Moe. Thank you Moe

We had a wasp nest. Gill did a great job. He's professional, friendly and considerate. We would definitely recommend Gill and Pestend.

Zack came out just a few hours after we called to remove a wasp nest on our back deck. He was very professional and knowledgable. He removed the nest and sprayed the nest area. All the wasps were gone within a few hours! We can now enjoy our deck again! Thanks Zack. We will definitely call you again if we should have this type of issue.

Mr Moe Iqbal is a well respectable man who takes pride in the work he does , he has a wealth of knowledge he was able to find out all the areas that needed to be worked on .I will recommend him to anyone who is looking to have these type of job done look no future.

Javaid provided excellent service. He was friendly and knowledgable and on time. The hornet nest outside my house was quickly removed. He even went above and beyond to follow up with me a week later.

We were amazed at the service and results we received from Pestend. Our technician, Salman, was super friendly and very knowledgeable about our mouse problem. He took us around our whole house (inside and out) and showed us where they were getting in, their habits and how to be rid of them! My distress call was addressed calmly and reassuringly by the office staff who promptly sent a technician to assess the situation. And I can't say enough Faraz's professionalism and knowledge.
