Very good experience with PestEnd. When I had a raccoon problem in my attic, and called late one evening (24-hour service), they responded promptly (next day). Roman, the Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job all around the house, blocking entrance points for raccoons. Roman went out of his way and worked into the dark evening hours to get the problems resolved. Both Roman and his colleague (can't recall his name) were meticulous in their attention to details and covered all aspects of the issue at hand. They also explained several other services offered by PestEnd, for my future consideration. Highly recommended. Will use them again in the future. 5/5

I had a wasp nest in my basement and called Pestend. Roman the technician showed up earlier than expected and was courteous and polite from the start. I showed him the nest and after examining the situation told me how he was going to handle it. I couldn't believe how fast he was. He had the nest out and the whole job done in about half an hour. I would highly recommend Roman and Pestend to anyone having pest problems. Five stars.

Kashif was our technician who was so good at explaining how the process worked and how to get rid of our pests. He showed up on time. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The process was so quick and easy.

I had the pleasure of meeting a professional from Pestend to look into the feces that I had encountered in my basement. It was rat droppings which at the time I didnt know. The professional from Pestend immediately recogniged that it was rats. The professionalism and care he provided was unbeleivable and the confidence in what he was doing to reslove the issue was amazing. I have a clean home and to think I was living with rats was unbelievable. We got ten rats all together. I am still shaking up but he reassures me every time he comes that we have solve the problem. The service I recieved was nothing but amazing and the continued service was great. My neighbors had the same problem and pestend was there to provide a great service. I owe a lot to pestend, piece of mine that the problem is gone, the continued service they provide outside my home to reduce the rat infestation from coming back into my home. They are a great company to have on your side. Their service man that took care of my problem was knowledgeable, compationate and their to help me deal with the problem. I called Pestend at 9AM to inquire about their services and pricing, after seeing a mouse running down to the basement! A very professional and friendly woman answered all my questions, and booked an appointment for 11AM. Promptly at 11, Mr. Kashif arrived, and explained everything he needed to do. Again, all my questions were answered, in a very courteous and professional manner. He did a very thorough examination inside and outside, and completed some required repairs. After completing all the necessary work, he explained the bill in full, and the warranty details. I am impressed with this company's excellent service and attitude, and would highly recommend them.
